I recently bought a spa from Doug at Virginia Leisure. Doug was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Before I even went to the store he came out and checked our existing deck to ensure that it could support a spa. He spent time with me in the store explaining the different benefits of each manufacturer. He even set up a soak test when my husband and I were able to wet test the different spa models. We ended up buying a Bullfrog spa which we love! Doug also helped us set up delivery and installation and electrical set up. He was always available by phone or email to help me through the start up process and with my spa maintenance questions. I highly recommend Virginia Leisure. Doug did a fantastic job!
Top notch crew from sales person, to delivery men, to the electrician! Drew our sales person was extremely knowledgeable and answered many, many of our questions to our satisfaction. The price was outstanding and the tub was high quality. The delivery crew was friendly, took our old tub and installed the new tub from a very tight entrance way. The recommended electrician quickly installed the proper outlets and hooked up the tub the very next day! COULDN’T BE HAPPIER.
Nate was courteous, professional and listened to our needs. We got tired of spending money to repair our old hot tub even though Mr. Lewis was an excellent repair person. Our old hot tub was sunken in the deck so we had size limitations. Nate was able to show us a few Spas that met our needs. Because of how short I am he had me sit in the hot tub to see where the water level fell on me. Perfect fit. And I absolutely love the lounger. A whole body massage at once. From removal of the old hot tub to installation of the new, everything was handled in an organized fashion. It was installed and filled in one day. Love my new hot tub. Thank you, Nate.
I worked with Doug when I bought my hot tub and KamadoJoe grill. He was always straight forward and helpful. I especially liked the fact that he did not try and put the other brands down. His recommendations were spot on. Shortly after installation, there was a small glitch in the programming of the spa and Doug came out and worked overtime to ensure it was corrected and I was 100% satisfied. I would definitely recommend Doug and Virginia Leisure to all who are in the market.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Always pleasant. When I have problems with my pool or hot tub they sell me what I need and nothing extra.
Doug spent a lot of time with me answering questions and showing me the different functions of my hot tub. This is the only place I buy my supplies from. You wont be disappointed with this place.
Virginia Leisure is so easy to work with. They (Nat) helped me pick a spa that would fit my needs. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive, etc. The delivery process went smooth. I did have a minor issue a couple of months after having the spa. Nat came out personally and the problem was fixed. They are great on the sales and service side. Would recommend Virginia Leisure to anyone looking for a spa.
Very friendly and knowledgeable, low pressure staff sold me a Bull Frog spa about two years ago. If you want the best spa get a Bull Frog. Comparing the way they are manufactured with others will show you they are worth a little extra money. They also sell less expensive yet very nice spas of other brands but I believe only Virginia Leisure has Bull Frogs in the area. You get a discount on all future spa chemicals and free water testing. I think they are great and have other things to chose from such as grills, pool tables, above ground pools, and saunas from what I have seen there. I would definitely buy from them again.
